EMK Developments was formed back in July 2010 by its Managing Director and Founder, Kevin O’Keeffe. Proud of his roots, Kevin has always had a passion for construction from an early age. Spending considerable time with his father in the family business meant that Kevin was inspired from being immersed in the construction environment that he has grown to love and work within.
Kevin O’Keeffe – Managing Director
Kevin joined the industry as an apprentice carpenter and progressed through the professional ranks. This practical background and subsequent years of experience has given Kevin an insight, second to none, as to how the construction process should be carried out. This understanding has proven to benefit EMK’s private clients and professional consultants.
Sam Douse – Commercial Director
Sam has extensive experience in fit out and construction, ranging from simple Cat A refurbishment to complex cut and carve projects, also including high end residential schemes. This range of project knowledge enables him to understand each individual scheme on its own merit and how that translates into cost and time implications.
Sam is a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Commercial Director. With a keen eye for precision, Sam specialises in managing all aspects of commercial operations with meticulous attention to detail. Sam’s dedication to optimising efficiency and ensuring cost-effectiveness sets a high standard. His commitment to delivering successful projects makes a significant impact on the organisation’s overall success.
