EMK Developments is proud to have established a solid reputation since 2010 as a high-end residential building contractor. From extensions and renovations to entire new build homes, EMK has experience in managing all aspects of a design and build project. Our team work closely with private homeowners, architects and interior designers to fully understand their project requirements.
From this point, EMK will develop a fixed price lump sum for the works based on a design that is agreed with the client. Quantity Surveyors undertake exhaustive due diligence prior to appointing sub-contractors, sourcing world class artisans and managing programme schedules and costs. This ensures that the highest possible standards are met on all aspects of the project. EMK will then construct the works in line with drawings and specification agreed, leading to full Building Control sign off.
It is the coordinating presence of our construction project management team which uniquely enables EMK’s clients to have a single point of contact, from project concept through to completion.
